First focus on the intention to release, then just stand still, or sit still, stretch your arms out if you can. You will notice a subtle bit of pulsation in you body. Be with that feeling until it grows enough for you to start shaking yourself, then keep going as your body guides you and once the burdensome energy signatures have popped out you will automatically start relaxing and come to a halt.
