“I am not my emotions, I am not my body, I am not my relationships, I am not my projects, I am not my business, I am not my wisdom, I am not my challenges, I am not my experiences, I am not my stories, I am not my beliefs, I am not my thoughts, I am not my choices, I am not my commitments, I am I AM.

It’s time to reclaim our identities as who we truly are in our source. Giving our power away by using terms like I AM Tired, or I AM Angry or I AM Sad… etc. etc. is dishonoring who we are and disconnects us and takes us further and further away from being at the source of our lives. Asking questions like “Why am I upset …” “Why am I fed up…” or even “Why am I happy…” is questioning your identity and is deeply disempowering.

I AM Tired, or I AM Angry or I AM Sad

Instead become aware of the words you use to describe your feels and experiences and choose a different one such as “I feel tired” or “I experience anger at the moment” or “why do I experience upset at the moment”, “what is causing this feeling of frustration” and so on. It keeps the core strength of your identity intact and converts the emotion or a feeling as a task that you can manage.

As I have shared before the words we use in our thoughts, writing and when we speak aloud matter. They do give us our world.

For me its “Nityam Aham Brahmasmi, I am eternal soul, I am as GOD the creator is. “ My unique mastery is to leave people truly madly deeply in love with themselves and my mission is to expect and accept miracles and have that become the norm.

Think for your self who are you and what are you about?”
